News/Talk 760 WJR will be providing live coverage all day on December 5 of the Mitch Albom S.A.Y. Detroit Radiothon. The event will benefit a number of Mitch‘s charitable organizations to provide food and shelter for lower-income families in the Metro-Detroit area, and will feature live bands, celebrity guests, and items up for auction.
Celebrity guests include John Pizzarelli, Dave Berry, Lloyd Carr, Jeff Daniels, Tom Izzo, Howie Mandel, Ted Nugent, Joe Dumars, Craig Ferguson, Steve Yzerman, Matt Stafford, Tara Lipinski, Pavel Datsyuk, Brendan Shanahan, Tony Kornheiser, Hugh Jackman, Mike Tirico, and many many more!
Charities benefiting from the radiothon are College for Creative Studies, Time to Help, S.A.Y. Detroit Family Health Clinic, Hole in the Roof Foundation, and Working Homes Working Families.
