This morning Paul W. Smith talked to Mayor Mike Duggan about Magic Johnson’s potential investment in the re-development of the state fairgrounds. He had first mentioned it at the Fuel Detroit conference earlier this week. Both Paul W. Smith and Mayor Duggan were also in attendance. Plans are said to include building new apartments, a theater and more.
