Governor announces plan for Detroit Public Schools overhaul

Governor Rick Snyder announced plans Thursday for a sweeping overhaul of Detroit Public Schools. Among the proposals is splitting the district in two. Ken Rogulski was there when Snyder revealed his plan and he as this report:
