Police have a Redford township man in custody in connection with a rash of home break-ins. Adam Sheltraw was arrested after a home invasion in Livonia. Police say they found stolen items from a number of homes. Police believe Sheltraw is responsible for up to six home invasions in Northville Township and at least four in Livonia. The invader would break out the glass on a door wall or force open a window to gain entry. Sheltraw has been on parole for a prior home invasion conviction.
