There was a big celebration of the 70th anniversary of V-E Day Friday in Royal Oak. It included a flyover by The B-17 Yankee Lady and a 60 x 30 foot flag unfurled by World War II vets and local high school students. On Friday’s show, Alan “Big Al” Muskavitz talked to Paul W. Smith about the event and The Michigan Word War II Legacy Memorial.
