The end of the line may be coming for the Harsens Island Ferry. Champion’s Auto has filed notice with the state that it plans to end ferry service between Harsens and Algonac in March of 2016.
It’s the second time that Champions has announced plans to stop ferrying passengers and cars into Harsens Island on Lake St. Clair.
