An Illinois man has been arraigned on charges of carjacking and child abduction. Prosecutors say Jawaan Johnson carjacked a vehicle from a 24 year old woman in Romulus on Saturday and drove off with her 16 month old child in the car. An AMBER Alert was issued and Johnson was found a short time later.
The child was returned to his mother unharmed.
