A Wayne county judge has ordered a 100 million dollar judgement against two defendants in a dog attack. The victim in the case lost half of one leg and part of one arm.
A criminal case is pending against Derick Felton, who is charged with harboring a dangerous animal. He’ll be back in court next month on those charges.
