There are Memorial Day parades happening in communities throughout Metro Detroit on Monday. Here are some of them: Stepping off at 10 a.m.: The Farmington Hills Memorial Day Parade at Grand River & Orchard Lake Roads, Sterling Heights Parade on Dodge Park in front of City Hall, Dearborn’s parade on Michigan Avenue from Greenfield to Schaefer, Ferndale’s parade in downtown Ferndale, Hazel Park‘s parade at John R & 8 Mile Roads and in Novi beginning at 10 mile at Karim Road. Parades stepping off at 11 include downtown Milford and Northville; also Auburn Hills beginning at the American Legion Hall on Churchill and Beverly Hills beginning in the parking lot of Groves High School..
