No threat was found from barrels found in downtown Detroit. Police said they were left by construction workers.The bomb squad and firefighters had blocked off the area where what they believed were suspicious barrels were found on Washington Blvd. in downtown Detroit. It was treated as a hazmat situation, closing Washington Blvd. between Grand River and Michigan.
