Two people are dead at an apartment complex in Southgate. Police say a woman and a child were stabbed to death. A suspect is in custody. It happened overnight at the La Colonnade apartments on Northline Road in Southgate. Police say they’ve had numerous trouble calls at the apartment in the past.
