The father and stepmother of a five-year-old Port Huron girl who died last month will stand trail on murder, torture and abuse charges. Andrew and Hilery Maison are being held without bond. The stepmother contested the charges.
Mackinzie Maison and her three-year-old sister were malnourished and dehydrated when authorities arrived at their home on may 26th. Mackinzie was found unresponsive and later died at the hospital.
