On Thursday, President Obama visits The El Reno Federal Correctional Institution in Oklahoma as part of an effort to reform prisons and let more drug offenders out. It’s the prison where Kwame Kilpatrick is serving his sentence for corruption. Obama reportedly is not expected to visit his former friend- Kilpatrick.
