Hearing for kids locked up for refusing to see father

The case made international headlines. Three Oakland County siblings who were ordered to a juvenile detention center after refusing a judge’s order to talk with their father will continue their stay at a summer camp. The parents of the children were in court today to work out details so the children could receive medical physicals required by the camp. The judge also was told the camp had received letters, some from the mother’s attorney, even though the court ordered no communication between the mother and the children. The father is asking for sole custody of the children.
