Peter Sweatman, Director of the University of Michigan’s Transportation Research Institute & Director of the Mobility Transformation Center that oversees MCity talks to Guy Gordon about the newly opened proving ground course and he says they want to do as much testing on driver less cars as they can in a safe environment.
