The end to the power troubles in Troy are in sight. DTE says just over 3000 customers are without power as of Friday afternoon but all should be back up by midnight. The outage was caused by a fire at a substation Thursday morning. The Troy City Hall, the Troy Library, the Troy Community Center, the 52-4 District Court and the Troy Family Aquatic Center are closed. The Troy Police Department, Troy Fire Department and Troy Department of Public Works remain open.
