A 19-year-old Lincoln Park man is formally charged with assault with intent to murder on Friday. Wayne County prosecutors say Tobias Catron got into an argument with a 44-year-old man on Wednesday then shot him in the neck. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he is recovering from his wounds. Catron is slated to go before a judge again on August 4th and 11th.
