Wayne County Sheriff Benny Napolean explains to Paul W. Smith why a Wayne County mother has been charged with terrorism. Sheriff Napolean says the 43 year old woman became angry after she was told she had to return to the school on another day to sign her son up for classes and allegedly threatened to blow up the community college.
