Many of the storms in Metro Detroit and in other parts of Michigan packed quite a punch Sunday. There was a confirmed tornado in Owendale. The National Weather Service said the tornado hit Owendale, which is in Huron County, at about 6:40 p.m. There was some damage but no injuries reported.
