There’s been an arrest in connection to an accident involving a postal worker. The worker was seriously injured when her van was struck by another vehicle on 10 Mile Road just west of Gratiot in Eastpointe. The worker was not inside the van when it was struck, she was outside of it retrieving a package. She was pinned under the car and suffered severe injuries to her legs, arm and shoulder. The driver that hit her truck has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.
