Services are set for Keith Rowley, the Fire Chief of Southfield. Visitation will be Friday at Desmond Funeral Home in Royal Oak from 2-8 p.m. The funeral service is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Christian Tabernacle in Southfield. Rowley died after he jumped into the water in Lake St. Clair while boating with friends. He was 58.
