Hundreds of firefighters and police officers from around the state were among those gathered Saturday at Christian Tabernacle Church in Southfield for Southfield Fire Chief Keith Rowley’s funeral. Rowley drowned on Lake St. Clair after jumping in the water to try to retrieve a friend’s hat.
