Minor League Baseball is coming to Macomb County. A multi million dollar baseball stadium is being built in downtown Utica where it will be home to teams playing in The United Shore Baseball League. Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel stopped by the WJR studios for a visit. During the visit Frank asked Mark if he could pull some strings and help him realize his dream of pitching to one batter in a professional baseball game. Hackel obliged under one condition, Hackel has to be that one batter.
