DTE working to restore power to about 6000 in Royal Oak, Ferndale, Hazel Park area

About 6000 people are without power in Royal Oak, Ferndale and Hazel Park. Scott Simons with DTE Energy says there is a problem in a substation and that crews are working to restore power within a few hours.

Neighborhoods Day will feature community service projects, art festivals, school supply giveaways, and vaccination drives.
