The Amber alert for a 3 year old Alpena boy has been canceled after the boy and his mom were spotted in Indiana. Michigan State Police say a postal worker in Muncie, Indiana spotted them Tuesday morning. The Amber alert is canceled because they are not in Michigan anymore; however, police have not made contact with Christina Waterman. The Amber Alert for Keegan Elijah Waterman was issued Monday.
