Decision coming in Kellom case

After more than three months, prosecutors are set to announce their decision in the case of Terrance Kellom. An Immigrations and Customs Enforcement Agent Mitchell Quinn shot and killed Kellom last April during a raid at a home on Detroit’s west side. Agent Quinn claims Kellom lunged at him with a hammer in hand. Kellom’s family says he was unarmed.

Prosecutor, Kym Worthy, will hold a press conference today to announce the charging decision.
