Kelloms promise lawsuit against Agent Quinn. Quinn’s lawyer: I’ll pay for a lie detector test for Terrance Kellom’s father

After Kym Worthy’s decision Wednesday not to charge Officer Mitchell Quinn, a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent, in the death of Terrance Kellom; the Kelloms have said they plan to file a civil lawsuit against Agent Quinn. Karri Mitchell, the attorney for the Kellom family said Prosecutor Worthy’a findings were inaccurate.

On the Frank Beckmann show Thursday morning, David Griem, attorney for Agent Quinn, said he would pick up the bill for a lie detector test for Terrance Kellom’s father. Mitchell, also appeared on the show said this
