Unemployment is on the rise in Detroit, Flint, Warren, Dearborn and Monroe. That’s according to a new report released by the Michigan Department of Technology Management and Budget. The findings show 13 of the state’s 17 major labor markets saw a half percent spike in unemployment from June to July.
