Curry Bryson, The Detroit man who’s gun was used by his 11-year-old son to shoot and kill the boy’s 3-year-old cousin, is being charged with manslaughter and child abuse for the shooting death of little Elijah Walker. Police say Bryson left a loaded gun in his bedroom. The 11-year-old found the gun, and threw it out the window into the backyard. The boy then found the gun outside, went into a car parked in the backyard with the 3-year-old and the shooting occurred. The 11-year-old is also charged with manslaughter.
