Police have arrested the driver in a fatal hit and run in Sterling Heights. Police say a woman was killed when she was hit by a car while pushing her disabled child in a wheelchair near the corner of 14 Mile Road and Ryan. The driver of the car fled the scene. Police say they located the red Cadillac CTS with tinted windows and front-end damage in Highland Park. The man has been arrested. Authorities say the special needs child was seriously injured, but is expected to be okay.
