RADAR ESTIMATES SUGGEST THAT RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES HAS ALREADY FALLEN TODAY OVER PORTIONS OF THE TRI CITES REGION. LINGERING INSTABILITY AND A STALLED OUT FRONTAL AXIS WILL SUPPORT THUNDERSTORM DEVELPOMENT.
