President Barack Obama is in Michigan Wednesday. He’s speaking at Macomb Community College in Warren. His topic: the importance of investing in workers’ skills and training. The President has made community college a major part of his education agenda. Macomb Community College was the site of his first-ever trip to Michigan as president six years ago.
