A 17-year-old girl died in a head on collision Friday night. The accident happened on Plumbrook Road near Plainview Drive in Sterling Heights. Police say a 42-year-old off duty Warren firefighter was speeding on Plumbrook and crossed over into on-coming traffic colliding with the car 17-year-old Diana Pozderca was driving. Investigators say alcohol may have been a factor in the crash. The off-duty firefighter is in critical condition. Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call the Sterling Heights police.
