The toddler that was found in a trash bag along the Boston Harbor in June has been identified, according to Boston media reports. She has been identified as Bella Bond. Here mother Rachelle Bond and her boyfriend Michael McCarthy have been arrested. The child’s remains were found outside Boston in June.
