Todd Courser, the state lawmaker who resigned his house seat in disgrace after becoming embroiled in a sex scandal with fellow Representative Cindy Gamrat, has decided to run for his old seat in the Michigan House. He told CNN this morning about his plans. Both Courser and Gamrat—who was expelled from the house–are accused of misconduct and misusing public funds while in office. On Thursday, Cindy Gamrat said she would also run for her old seat.
