Former Detroit Treasurer and Kwame frat brother gets 11 years in prison

It will be 11 years in prison for Jeffrey Beasley, the former Detroit Treasurer and fraternity brother of Kwame Kilpatrick. Beasley is accused of looting millions of dollars from the city’s pension funds. Beasley and Kilpatrick were both trustees to the city’s pension funds.
