New deal for city and DDOT bus drivers

There’s a new deal for the city of Detroit and DDOT bus drivers. For the first time in 5 years, the city and their union have reached a collective bargaining agreement. The deal will affect hundreds of bus drivers. They will get a pay raise and more part time drivers will be hired. Up to 20% of the workforce could be part timers over the 3 year life of the contract.
