Julie Leach, a mother and grandmother from Three Rivers, has come forward as the winner of last week’s $310.5 million Powerball game. She bought the ticket at The Three Rivers West Shell station and it was the only winning ticket. She said she was on her way into work when she bought the ticket. She worked for Aquatic in Three Rivers, a bathtub company. She said she “quit automatically” after she was sure she won. She had been there for 23 years. Leach lives with a partner, Vaughn Avery, they have been together for 36 years. He said he’s asked her to marry him several times. That offer is expected to be still on the table.
