Governor Snyder says Flint will re-connect to the Detroit water system. The entire process will cost $12 million. He’ll ask the state legislature to pay $6 million. 4 million will come from the Mott Foundation. 2 million will come from the city of Flint. An additional 4 million to implement more recommendations will come from state.
