A toddler who was found walking around by himself on the east side of Detroit has been reunited with his mother. The three-year-old boy was found by Detroit Police wearing only a t-shirt and diaper near Beaconsfield and Grayton. The officers from the 9th Precinct bought him a pair of shoes. The mom says the little guy unlocked the door by himself and wandered out. He’s ok.
