Detroit Interim Fire Commissioner Eric Jones tells Paul W. Smith two EMS workers are in serious condition this morning after an overnight attack with a box cutter. The male and female workers were attacked by a man near the Neighborhood Service Organization in the 3400 block of 3rd Street. Paul W.
