Results expected today on a labor contract at Chrysler

UAW members at Chrysler have wrapped up their ratification voting on a new labor contract. Much more support has been shown than for the first one, which was rejected. Feedback from workers is more positive than on the previous proposed contract, which saw 65 percent of the workers to vote no. UAW officials  say there is more money in this contract, and a better path to full seniority pay for the thousands of tier-two workers who are paid less. Fiat-Chrysler boss, Sergio Marchionne says they deserve more. The UAW is expected to announce the results today. If ratified, the UAW will take the contract to GM and Ford as a general pattern for settlements with those companies.
