Michigan State Police say they have arrested a 69-year-old man accused of causing the crash that killed a state trooper in August. Trooper Chad Wolf was on motorcycle patrol on Dixie Highway near I-75 in Springfield Township when he was struck by a driver towing a trailer. Charles Raymond Warren, Jr. of Waterford was arraigned on two felony counts: Reckless Driving Causing Death and Failure to Stop at Scene of Accident When At Fault Resulting in Death. If convicted, Warren faces up to 30 years in prison.
