Thursday night begins the city’s Angels’ Night, Detroit’s annual anti-arson campaign. Anyone 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian from 6pm to 6am Thursday through Saturday. There is to be no dispensing of gasoline or flammables into portable containers (except in emergency situations). For the past several years, Halloween time arsons have been down dramatically.
