The Detroit City Council will try to regulate the growing number of marijuana dispensaries springing up in the city. Council members want to keep marijuana dispensaries away from liquor stores and schools. They will consider whether marijuana dispensaries should have drive-thrus. The hearing starts at 5:30 pm Thursday evening in the Coleman A. Young municipal center.
