Police are looking for the hit and run driver who slammed into a man who was filling his tank by the side of the freeway. Police say the motorist was standing next to his car, which was out of gas, along I-275 at M-14. A white pickup truck slammed into him and kept going. The hit and run driver went to a shopping center parking lot on Ann Arbor road Haggerty a mile away, got out of the truck, and fled on foot.
