It’s time to get into the Christmas spirit! The lighting of the official Detroit Christmas tree takes place Friday night at Campus Martius. Nearby, the Salvation Army Red Kettle will be lit. It’s 56 feet tall, 24 feet wide, with 26,000 red LED lights and is sponsored by Quicken Loans. Lt. Col.
