Off-duty Warren fire fighter Tad Allen Dennis is charged with two counts in the death of a 17-year-old girl. Macomb county prosecutor Eric Smith said Dennis hit 17-year-old Diana Pozderca head on in Sterling Heights on September 11th. Officials determined Dennis was traveling a minimum of 70 mph in a 35mph zone and his blood alcohol level was also doubled the legal limit. Both cars were so badly damaged that it took several weeks just to retrieve the on board data recorders. Pozderca died at the hospital. Dennis was left in critical condition and is still recuperating.
