A Macomb Township woman is being held in the county jail after allegedly shooting and killing her husband. The woman, who’s name has not been released, tells investigators that the shooting was an accident. Macomb County Sheriff deputies found the victim, 75-year-old Ronald Chimelak, shot once in the chest at a condo on Nicol Ceek Wednesday afternoon. His wife was attempting CPR when the deputies arrived. She has not been charged and prosecutors are slated to meet with deputies to go over the case.
