Garden City Police are hoping for tips as they look of two drivers involved in an accident that killed a pedestrian. It happened on Ford Road and Central. A white Dodge Charger with tinted windows hit the victim who was forced into oncoming traffic. A white or red SUV hit the victim again. Both drivers kept going.
